Positioned within the same multi-award winning residential precinct as the Point Community Hub, our clients looked to offer a series of 16 townhouses with refined detailing and highly considered internal layouts. The sites are located on the banks of the waterways and draw heavily from the architectural precedent set by the Hub and extends to the boatshed feel using muted and natural materials.

Internally, care was taken to present generously proportioned spaces within the constraints of the typically narrow block widths that drive viability of the townhouse typology. All residences take advantage of the northerly aspect, water views and landscape vistas. 

Following the initial design phase we met with builders in a workshop to discuss how the architectural detailing could be achieved efficiently and without compromise to our clients' requirements of a quality result.
